- is that no one ever talks about what “health” actually means to people who do or do not have it to varying degrees? like, it’s all weight (blahhhh) or else risk of diseases…

  3. dailysardines said: the “healthy foods make you feel better” argument is often one used by the local/organic/environmentalist people, whose message in its original form is inextricably tied up with social justice but unfortunately gets coopted by annoying foodies a lot.
  4. unbornwhiskey said: first job in nyc, i worked for a organic vegan juice bar. their’s was a “eating better makes you feel better” campaign to a degree, but it consistently devolved into “you can look THIN and SEXY by flooding your DISEASED BODY with THESE JUICES”
